Put in the Penitentiary.
--The Adjutant General of the State directed the removal to the Penitentiary, on the 30th of December, of Captain William Gramm, Lieut Isaac A Wade, Capt Thos Damron, Lieut Wilson Damron, privates John W. Howe, Isaac Goble David V Aucier, Samuel Pack, and Wm S. Dills, prisoners captured in Kentucky by the Virginia State forces under the command of Major-Gen Floyd.
It is understood that these parties (all of whom were members of the Abolition army, and active supporters of old-Abe,) will be kept in the prison until Col, Zarvona, and other citizens of Virginia now in the hands of the Yankees, shall be returned.
