Runaway--$25 reward. --Left our store on last Friday week a negro fellow, named John, the property of Dr. A Leyburn, of Lexington, Va. John is about six feet high, spare built, of a dark copper color, and very likely. He speaks in a low tone, and is very polite and plausible. We think he is lurking about the city, as he has a room and friends in Sidney, on the upper end of Main street. We will pay the above reward for his apprehension. Hill & Norfleet. se 15--2t*

Two hundred and fifty dollars reward. --Ran away from the subscriber on Wednesday, the 9th inst., one negro man named Henry, aged about 30 years, medium height, dark copper color, weighs about 165 pounds, and came from Chester District, S. C. He may attempt to get back to that State. He was supposed to have been caught on the same day, but broke and ran from his captor. I will give two hundred and fifty dollars reward for his apprehension and delivery to Messrs. Hill, Dickinson & Co., or confined in any jail so I get him. R H Davis. se 14--ts

, and reviewed the second and third divisions in the same manner as the first, and once more came back to the original starting point, the riders and horses both looking much jaded, the distance they having gone so swiftly over being fully nine miles. General Lee immediately dismounted and came to his carriage, which was only a few steps distant, and in which were two of his daughters, and in a few minutes he called to his side many of his Generals, among them Generals Ewell, Longstreet, Hill, Stuart, Wilcox, and others, and gave his daughters an introduction to them. His daughters have exceedingly pleasant and intelligent countenances, both having dark and piercing eyes, and both hearing some resemblance to their father. The Generals now took a stand just by the flag, and the troops commenced passing in review before Gen. One hundred dollars reward. --Ranaway from the subscriber, on Saturday last, one small negro boy named Jan, aged about 10 years, dark copper color. His clothes were very indifferent. 100 dollars reward. --Ran away from the residence of the writer, corner of 7th and Deigh sts, on Monday morning last, a gingerbread colored boy, named Jim, about 14 years old, very large month, very sprightly and lively, and fond of singing comic songs when at leisure. He is very fond of soldiers, and my impression is that he has gone off with some of the local companies around Richmond or Petersburg, which latter place he was raised by a Mr. or Mrs. Piermon and sold here 17th March last, at Lee & James's, by C C Burton. There are no scars recollected except whip marks from appearances when he was very young. The above reward will be paid if delivered to Hill, Dickinson & Co, Richmond.
