Rearrest of four Yankee prisoners. Rocky Mount, N. C., Nov. 7, 1861. Editors of Dispatch: Some few days since several gentlemen from Raleigh, among others Sheriff High, informed the citizens throughout this section of the State that on last Saturday evening, at 7 o'clock, four Yankee prisoners made their escape from the Fair Grounds in Raleigh, N. C., and yesterday morning early, before breakfast time, four men, dressed in Confederate uniforms, passed here and said they were from Crab Tree; near Raleigh, and members of Capt. Gryson's company. They were asked for their furloughs or passports, when they could produce neither. We then suspected them of being the fugitives from Raleigh. The citizens were soon on the lookout for them, and about 12 o'clock they were taken up near the residence of the late Mr. Joshua Watson, near Rocky Mount, in Nash county. They were then carried to the depot to await the arrival of the cars, and then to be carried to Raleigh in charge of W
