The Missouri Convention. St. Louis, March 22.
--In the Missouri State Convention, yesterday, Mr. Henderson, Chairman of the Committee to which was referred the communication of the Commissioner from Georgia, presented a long report, declaring against secession, and exhorting Georgia and other secession States to desist from the revolutionary measures commenced by them, and unite their voice with ours in restoring peace and fraternal relations between all the States.
The report donal district was elected to call a Convention together, previous to the third Monday in December, if the public exigencies require it.
The following gentlemen were elected delegates to the Border States Convention:--Hamilton R. Gamble, John B. Henderson, Wm. A. Hall, James H. Moss, Wm. Douglas, Littlebury Hendricks, and Wm. G. Pomeroy.
A resolution was adopted, instructing the President of the Convention to transmit a certified copy of the proceedings of the Convention to the Presiden
