--$100 Reward.--Ran away from the Batteries in Manchester, on or about the 3d September last, a Negro Boy, named John-calls himself John Alvis, the property of Mrs. Rebecca Robinson.
Said negro is about 18 or 19 years of age, 5 feet 8 or 9 inches high, brown complexion thick lips and very sullen looking.--He is supposed to be in the neighborhood of Richmond, or at some of the encampments below Richmond.
$25 will but paid for his delivery to the subscriber, if taken in the city or any of the adjacent counties, $10 if taken in any other part of the State, or $100 if taken out of the State. Samuel Hastings Richmond, Nov. 14, 1861. to 20--d6t&cwit*
