Police arrest. --Fannie F. Ferguson was arrested yesterday afternoon and committed to the lower station-house on the charge of obtaining salt twice from Spotts & Harvey and assaulting and beating a negro in the house of Spotts & Harvey. Subsequently the accused was bailed for her appearance to court by Justice L. T. Chandler. Police arrest. --Fannie F.
