Mayor's Court. --The following embraces a summary of the proceedings before this court yesterday: Hester, slave of Susan Jarvis, was charged with burglariously entering the dwelling-house of Harriet Haley and stealing therefrom five dishes, one tureen, one pickle-dish, five plates, six saucers and a lot of knives and forks, valued at three hundred dollars, the property of said Harriet Haley.
