In the Senate, Saturday, Mr. Pugh, of Ohio, presented the resolutions of the Democratic State Convention of that State.
Mr. Hale thought, that as the paper was not addressed as a memorial to the Senate it should not be received.
The subject was discussed by Mr. Crittenden, Mr. Pugh, Mr. Mason, Mr. Cameron, and Mr. Anthony.
