Another Victim.
--George Brower youth, was arraigned before the Mayor to answer for being engaged in the gartering and robbery of P. L. Gregory on last.
Gregory identified Brown as being in the party by whom he was beaten and robbed and as having run off with the robbers after effecting their purpose but could not say that Brown laid hands on him. The Mayor remanded him for examination, with others of the party similarly charged.
