Hustings Court. --The second day's proceedings of the October term of the Hustings Court of Magistrates are as follows: Margaret Andrews, charged with burning the house on Seventh street, between Cary and Canal, known as Mayers's kitchen, in which were living a number of destitute families, against one of whom she had a spite, was examined; but, for want of sufficient evidence to convict her, she was discharged. Henry Winston, slave of John M. Goddin, charged with breaking into the house of Alexander R. Holladay and stealing therefrom six thousand dollars' worth of groceries, was found guilty and sentenced to be sold beyond the limits of the Commonwealth. His value was assessed by the court at five thousand five hundred dollars. The court then adjourned till eleven o'clock this morning.
