Douglas, who stated that it was the General's wish that his old brigade should be known as the "Stonewall Brigade." in this connection he moved that a committee of five be appointed to correspond with the Secretary of War, with a view to carry out the 3d resolution of the meeting. The Chair appointed the following committee:--Col. Funk, 5th Va.; Lieut.-Col. Colston, 2d. Va.; Maj-Terry, 4th Va; Capt. Frazier, 27th Va., and Capt Bedinger, 33d Va. the following resolutions were submitted by Maj. Terry: 1. Resolved, That it is the desire of this brigade to erect over the grave of Lieut.-General Jackson a suitable monument. 2.
