Yankee prisoners, &c.
--There were yesterday in the Libby prison 349 prisoners of war — the majority of them being officers; 2 citizen prisoners; 19 deserters from the Yankee army and 23 negroes included in the prisoners of war was 28 Yankees that arrived yesterday from Mobile, who was captured on the 12th inst, at Pass A Loptre, Louisiana.
They composed the officers and crew of the towboat Fox, captured by a daring feat of sixteen of our men. Among the number is Capt, John Fox, Chief Engineer M. B. Woltrey, Pilot. Wm. Winston, and Mate John Devlin.
It is understood that Judge Ould and Col. Ludlow, the Commissioners for the exchange of prisoners, have had an agreement by the terms of which all the Yankee officers now here (two Brigadier Generals included) will probably be sent home this week.
