Elkins, of the 20th Miss. and Dr. Caleb Terry, of the 17th Ala. have arrived from Camp Douglas, released by the Federal Government. They say, on the authority of Jeff. Thompson, that Curtis escaped Hindman, and got to Helena, Ark.
