h other person as may have the said Chas. B. Morris in-custody, to have him before the Court on Thursday next. Wm. A. Coke was appointed Receiver for District No. 7, composed of the counties of Norfolk and Nansemond, including the cities of Norfolk and Portsmouth, and counties of Princess Anne and Isle of Wight, whereupon the said William A. Coke entered into bond, with good security, in the penalty of $35,000, conditional, for the further performance of his duties as such Receiver. The Court, having fully considered of its judgment in the case of Timothy Costello, who was brought before it in obedience to the writ of habeas corpus heretofore awarded on the petition of Fanny Costello, his mother and next friend, and being of opinion that the said Timothy Costello is not illegally detained, ordered that he be remanded to the custody of Major J. G. Peyton. The hearing of other applications for discharges from service made upon different grounds was fixed for future days.
