F. Meagher, of the New York 69th, were at the National Monday night. They are said to be quite solicitous that something should be immediately done by the Government, looking to an exchange of prisoners with the Confederates, to the end that Col. Corcoran may be liberated. It must be remembered, however, that we have as prisoner no military man of the rank of Col. Corcoran. Gen.
