Ex-commander Boutwell. --This gentleman, who has been in prison here for some time past, is now at liberty, having been released by order of the Confederate authorities. In his recent application for a writ of habeas corpus he proved his innocence of the charges set forth against him to the satisfaction of all who heard the testimony.
