Honorably discharged. --Colonel Boston, of the Fifth Virginia cavalry, for some time past under arrest for alleged misconduct on one of the battle-fields of the Valley, has been honorably acquitted under circumstances that have raised him man. One of one of all as a soldier and him was that be failed to rally against and allowed himself to be cut off from them. It was proved on the trial that he remained on the field after those who had preferred the charges had left.
