From Alexandria. an Aid to General Bonham shot! Arlington Heights Fortified by 10,000 Federal troops. Proclamation of Major General Sanford, &c., &c., &c. Mannassas Junction, May 27. --Reports from Alexandria, to-day, state that the Federal forces were concentrating there. Washington is almost entirely evacuated by the Northern troops. Arlington Heights are occupied and fortified by the Lincolnites, to the number of 10,000. Great consternation existed in Washington on account of he fear of an attack on the city by the Confederate troops. A member of the Rappahannock Cavalry, named Anderson, one of Gen.
