Sent back to the Hustings Court. --Daniel Solan, who had been sent some time since by the Mayor to the Hustings Court, was referred back to His Honor, on account of some informality in the first commitment. --Solan is charged with having in his possession a lot of iron belonging to the C. S. Government. Witnesses for the Commonwealth testified that Solan was caught with the iron in question in a wagon driven by him, while others for the defence asserted that it was some which he had purchased from a Mrs. Susan Bailey, doing business near Rocketts. The case was sent back to the Hustings Court and Solan bailed in the sum of $300 to appear.
