Discharged --John A. Fulcher, arraigned on Saturday last on the charge of buying turkeys to sell again at his store, in the neighborhood of the Second Market, and the decision of whose case was deferred by the Mayor for further consideration, was yesterday dismissed of any violation of law, and directed to take possession of the fowls, which were held by Mr. Tyler, the Clerk of the market. The charge against Dandridge, slave of G. A. Smith, of stealing a shawl and bonnet from a negro in the employ of Mrs. John C. Allen, was not sustained before His Honor yesterday morning, and he was accordingly discharged. Sam, slave of John B. Carter, was discharged from any dishonest conduct in the possession of a pair of pants and overcoat which had excited the suspicions of one of the Mayor's officers, and thereby caused his arrest.
