Virginia. --At a Supreme Court of Appeals held at the State Court-House, in the city of Richmond, on Tuesday, April 26th, 1864, in accordance with the provisions of the act of the General Assembly passed on the 5th day of March, 1864, demanding and re-enacting an act authorizing the Court of Appeals to hold its at other places than Lewisburg, passed March 12th, 1863, it is ordered that the next summer session of the Court of Appeals shall be held at Springs, in the county of Butterfat, after sach's Buget, on the Virginia and Tensassion Railroad, commencing on Tuesday, the 19th day at July, 1864; and that a copy of this order be published case a weak for six weeks in each of the following newspapers printed in the city of Richmond, via; the Whig, the Sentinel, the Examiner, the Dispatch, and the Register.
