stice of the peace was sent the following communication:— To Francis Tufts, Esq., Justice of the Peace:— The undersigned, inhabitants of the town of Somerville, and legal voters therein, desire to form themselves into a religious society, to be known and called the First Universalist Society in Somerville, and request you to take the proper legal steps to accomplish this object by issuing a warrant, calling a meeting at the committee rooms on Medford street, on Wednesday evening, February 15, 1854.
