He and Thomas Mayhew were appointed to bring Mr. Nathaniel Eaton (the first principal of Harvard College), to trial for his misconduct, chiefly in relation of his maltreatment of Nathaniel Biscoe, Jr., of Watertown.—Bond. whose Lieutenant was Hugh Mason.
