The Siege of Charleston. Charleston, Dec. 12. --The fire at Fort Sumter was purely accidental and unavoidable. It has been completely extinguished, and the strength of the fort is as good as before. The list of casualties not yet received. No firing on-Sumter yesterday or to-day, and very little firing between the batteries.
