From the South. Augusta, Ga. Nov. 25 --Mr. Memminger has recently made a speech at Greenville, S.C., in which he advised secession, but said it was impossible for South Carolina to secede without a war with the General Government. He greed te trusted her citizens in the mountains would be ready to march to the protection of Charleston. Milledgeville, Ga., Nov. 25.--The House, Saturday, resolved to elect Electors next Thursday. A motion was made to elect a U.S Senator on the same daension, provided, in either way satisfactory security can be given. It is believed the bill will pass. Augusta, Ga, Nov. 25.--On Saturday night just an enthusiastic meeting was held here,-- senator Toombs, Judge Starnes and Dr. Miller spoke in fediate action. Meeting are being held daily and nightly in different portions of Georgia, indicating popular feeling strongly in favor of secession. Columbus, Ga. Nov. 25--Messrs. Yancey and others addressed a public meeting here at night.
