  Lecture 7: The Elf Programming Language
  We introduce Elf, a concrete realization of LF endowed with an
operational semantics so it can be used to implement algorithms.  We use
the examples from Mini-ML in order to illustrate syntax and various
features, such as type reconstruction, mode checking, termination checking.
