Cancellation of your subscription

Your subscription will end at the earliest possible date (end of current billing cycle).
Information regarding the subscription to be cancelled:
  • 1. Please only cancel one contract at a time.
  • 2. You can only cancel contracts under your name.
  • 3. You can only cancel subscriptions for which Amazon or subsidiaries are the contractual partners.
Further notes
Subscriptions made outside of amazon.de or subsidiaries but usable on amazon.de or subsidiaries (sign-ups via third parties, e.g. contracts concluded via Apps on iOS or Android) cannot be cancelled through this flow.
To cancel third party contracts, please contact the third party directly. Contracts concluded via Apps on iOS or Android can be cancelled in the "Settings" section of your iOS-device or via the Google Play App on your Android device.
Note: Once you submitted your cancellation request, we will send an acknowledgement of receipt to the contact details associated with your amazon.de account.

Once you submitted your cancellation request, we will send an acknowledgement of receipt to the contact details associated with your amazon.de account. You can in addition also provide a further email address to receive the acknowledgement of receipt.
Attention: Proof required. Only select extraordinary cancellation if there is a valid reason for an extraordinary cancellation, so a cancellation with immediate effect (such as moving to another country where the service is not available). Describe the cancellation reason and contact Customer Service for verification. We ask that you not send us any sensitive personal information (e.g., data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health, data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.)
