Meet Netta
Netta is a Nashville native and founder of Mimconnect, a diversity consultancy that helps companies recruit, retain and develop diverse talent. Prior to Mimconnect, Netta worked as a publicist and marketer with a special focus on social media marketing. Since starting Mimconnect, Netta has helped a number of emerging professionals and entrepreneurs of color turn their ideas into viable opportunities. Netta's personal mission is to equip professionals and business owners with the skills to be successful in whatever route they take. This mission has led to recognitions like Adweek's 2022 Women Trailblazer to features in Forbes, The Tennessean, the Nashville Business Journal, and more.
