Shortcut Keys
It is a fact that keyboard shortcuts are much faster than moving the mouse to a small icon that once clicked will perform some function. Some of these functions include; saving a document, printing a document, minimizing everything you have open with one fast key stroke and much more.
So, what are some key combos that will get you through your day? Well, that is a tough question to answer because everyone uses a computer differently. For example; I created 18 word documents today. So alt+F4 was used 18 times to close my word documents once they were completed. CTRL+P was used to bring up the Print Dialogue screen to print each of those unique word documents. What kind of computer use did you perform today?
