Privacy Inquiries

You can find out more about our privacy practices by visiting our Privacy Center where you can learn about the information that Verizon collects, how that information is used and shared, and the privacy choices you have. Verizon employees and shareowners should refer to the privacy policies specific to them.

If you are a customer, web visitor, or consumer, to request a download of personal information or request that Verizon delete or correct personal information by visiting the Verizon Privacy Dashboard. Verizon Business customers can make those requests via the Verizon Business Privacy Dashboard. If you are looking to submit a request outside of the U.S. visit the International Privacy Centre.

 

All other inquiries should use this form, including:

  • Verizon employees and shareowners that would like to request to download, delete or correct personal information;
  • Verizon Business customers that do not have an online account that would like to request to download or delete personal information; and
  • Anyone that would like to submit questions about Verizon’s privacy policies or practices.

Please identify the Verizon service related to your appeal and your mobile number or account number associated with that service. Also, if you are appealing a specific privacy request you made, please include the date you made the request. The information you provide will only be used to process your appeal.  We will investigate your appeal and respond with our decision using the contact information you provided.

As the authorized agent, please provide us with the mobile telephone number or account number of the customer you represent so we can identify them. Once we receive your request, we may ask you to provide us with a written authorization of the customer for you to act as their authorized agent.

We will review this information and authorization, and if we need any further information we will reach out to you.
