Sayings go from the usual: to the infrequent: But all sayings have a common denominator, they hope to express universal truths. Sayings can teach lessons, dispel doubts and provide reassurance. Most sayings usually ascribed to a specific culture, but sayings become universal through use. It is customary to hear people say, "We have a saying in my country..." Thus sayings can be categorized by their roots. We have Irish Sayings, Chinese sayings, African sayings, as well as, and innumerable ancient Greek and Latin sayings. There is undoubtedly a saying for every occasion, therefore it isn't difficult to find a saying to fit each situation you may encounter. So when you want to say it forcefully, say it with a saying.
