I have a huge weakness for NARS Mulitple's every time I am near one of their counters I end up with multiple (get it?) swatches of their offerings all over my hands. I mentally have a list of shades that I hope to own one day but at £30 a pop that day won't be anytime soon. That being said I did treat myself to a new shades as a well done for getting your wisdom teeth out award, hey if the dentist no longer doles out the stickers what is a gal to do?
NARS Palm Beach is certainly the deepest bronze that NARS offered within the Multiple range but it is one of those few products that with a light hand it can and does suit all skin tones.
Yes when initially applied it is a fairly deep bronze gold but due to the suit all yellow undertone and the Multiples sheer base texture you can blend out so that even the fairest of skin tone can benefit from the bronze beauty that is Palm Beach.
In my eyes NARS Palm Beach Mulitiple although a multi-purpose product is best suited to adding a little warmth to the face much like a typical bronzer as it is not as shimmer based as other NARS Multiples.
Now that is not to say there is no shimmer present because there is it is just more refined and pore/fine line friendly, it delivers that perfect bronze glow so many (myself included) set out to achieve. I've said it before and I'll say it again if like myself you want a little piece of that infamous J-Lo glow then NARS Palm Beach.
The beauty of all NARS multiples is the glide on texture, a light cream that feels almost gel like that delivers the multi-purpose shade on the skin quickly and with ease. As you may know most NARS Multilples can be used as a highlight blush, eye shade or lip colour depending on the multiple you purchase.
Like I said before they apply so easily - I like to dab it on straight from the tube and blend for an quick glow
not to mention unlike some cream based products they really do last the pace with each application wearing for at least 7 hours on my oily skin with ease.

This looks really interesting! I don't have anything like this in my collection, will definitely have to check it out next time I'm in a department store- I love the idea that it's dark but can be sheered out. makes it a lot more versatile xx

I've wanted this ever since I read Millie Mack uses it, love this shade. But I went for Maldives in the end which I'd totally recommend! xx
ReplyDeleteWow that would make the perfect bronze eyeshadow, I've got to find a space.n.k and take a closer look.
ReplyDeleteMy wisdom teeth are giving me hell, I'm waiting for an x-ray, I've got college work experience and my driving test this month so I feel like combining all three for one big sticker-reward... Maybe a new camera.
They are such beautiful products! £30 is SO steep though!
