To my knowledge there's never been a miniature or a drawing. I took some Micro-Machines hovercraft, added some antenna, and repainted them. They made great targets. You need a big board, though, to use them in a scenario. So go nuts, build what you like as long as it's plausible, you can't go wrong. Andrew |

GZG MicroTac range had a resin command GEV that would have been perfect for this job, and an even larger bulk transport GEV that could have been a bit large, but nice. You might find one of eBay :) |

As Covert Walrus notes, the GZG GEV Mobile Command Post would be perfect. I have one that I bought years ago, and while it's a little rough (resin bubbles, etc.) it's still a nice mini. Old Crow does a nice Strike Hovercraft that's 2-1/2" long: link picture Add a few antennae and dishes, and you'd have a nice GEV-MCP. I have one of these, too, and it's a *very* clean casting. Highly recommended. You could also convert one od the old Micro Machines hovercraft, which are fairly inexpensive on Ebay: auction |
