Get Started Using Sprinklr APIs

Follow these steps to register for access keys, setup and test, subscribe to Webhooks, and review the documentation and tutorials.

    Developers must have a Sprinklr Enterprise License and known environment.

  • Access Token

    After creating an app and getting the API Key, you need to follow these step-by-step instructions of the authentication process to generate an access token and make your first API call.

Upcoming Breaking Change - Media URLs Public to Private Transition

We're implementing changes to our Media URLs to improve security, streamline access to media content, and ensure compatibility with evolving technologies and standards.

What You Need to Know

  • Post 19.5 release, the Media URLs (Attachments URLs) generated/fetched using Sprinklr APIs will be valid/accessible for a limited time
  • Once the URL expires, it can be passed in the secure media download or secure media download (Bulk) API. The API will return the accessible URLs in the response with limited time validity (starting from when you make the API call
  • All the existing media URLs will be invalid/inaccessible by mid-June. You can again use secure media download or secure media download (Bulk) API to generate the accessible URLs in the response with limited time validity (starting from when you make the API call)
  • We will keep you posted on the exact timelines and validity of these URLs
