Abstract
Seed pellet coating can not only improve the mechanical properties of the seed surface, but also help increase the germination rate and survival rate of the seed. Therefore, the research on seed pellet coating and its equipment is of great significance. Aiming at the problems of low degree of automation in seed pelletizing coating, poor pelletizing coating quality, and backward pelletizing process, an intelligent control system for seed pelletizing coating machine was designed. The system mainly includes powder supply control system, liquid supply control system, and pelletized coating control system. The control scheme with PLC controller, frequency converter and servo motor as the core, real-time proportioning of powder and liquid supply according to the given amount of seeds, realizing the functions of real-time mixing and precise control of seeds and seed coating agents, realizing the automatic, efficient and stable operation of the coating pelletizing equipment, which greatly improves the working efficiency of the system. Analyze and optimize the working parameters of the pelletizing equipment to improve the automation and precision level of the equipment.
