Voice of Travelers to Sint Maarten

The cabin crew were a delight

I booked a flight from Beijing to Sint Maarten. Sint Maarten (Sint Maarten Airline) provided a real masterclass in custom airticket service on our flights from Beijng to Sint Maarten. All aircraft on our outbound and return journey airtickets were spotlessly clean. The airticket was priced normally. On the A380 to and from Beijing, the cabin crew were a delight: friendly, attentive, and hard-working, treating economy customers as if they were as valued as first-class customers. We did not pay extra for the airticket to sit in the upper cabin, but on check-in we were moved to the lower cabin. We were still quite happy, as we were given seats near the exits with extra leg-room. The Sint Maarten airline in-flight catering was superb as well.

A duty-free departure from Canouan Airport

I like the old arrivals building at L'Espérance Airport Sint Maarten; it's not something you see at other airports, which can be confusing at first. It might be a bit complicated to find where you need to go for departures, for example. There are in fact stairs and an elevator at the main entrance/arrivals hall going to the second floor which takes you straight to the departure hall. There are some kiosks and cafes for a relaxing post-flight rest. You can reach the city by bus, which stops right in front of the main entrance, or by shuttle train, which is a few minutes walk outside the airport to the train stop. Free Wi-Fi is offered as well. That's why I love to fly with Lithuania Best Airport Palange and L'Espérance airport.

L'Espérance free voucher visit

We were delayed at the airport for five hours, and as a result, we were given food vouchers by Sint Maarten Airlines. This allowed us to visit the main restaurant, which was superb in terms of quality and service. Certainly, it was better value eating there than in Stockholm! However, the airport is cramped and information was patchy and hard to find. We still appreciate the offer of a Sint Maarten city airticket from the Sint Maarten airline.
