This was a happy surprise! It was a recommended title from Amazon and usually I ignore them. The bright colorful flowers on the cover caught my attention and I took a chance. I’m so glad I did! Lynn’s exercises are designed to free you from restraint and preconceived inhibitions and let you explore and enjoy.
