My Creative Time Design Team Call

Hi everyone!! I hope you are having an awesome Friday!!!! As for me, well so far so good. The weather is changing and to be honest with you, I was getting tired of the heat!! I know I will complain about the cold weather by the end of November! LOL. Anyways, I was so excited when I found out Emma at My Creative Time  was having a design team call. I have been a big fan of Emma for a while and had the pleasure of meeting her last March at our local expo. She actually lives really close to me! Anyways, I have a few of her stamps and dies that I could defiantly incorporate in my layouts and projects. I hope she gets a chance to look at my other layouts and projects. Enjoy!

I used some brown cardstock for the main background and covered it with dollie leaves I found at the dollar  store.

I used Tim Holtz ideology Adage tickets and hanger clips

This is the banner I made using Emma's Build a Banner Kit.

I made a burlap flower using Tim Holtz flower die.

Roberts Arts and Crafts DT project.

Nancy here from ScrappingOutOfControl.  I can't believe how fast this year has gone by. California weather went from the high 90's to the mid 70's in less than a week! Fall is definitely here! For my project, I decided to make a wreath. I was planning to make it out of my kids hand prints but thought it would be ruined by the rain. So I decided to make it out of fabric.

 I used styrofoam for the base of the wreath.

 I used Autumn colored fabric which you can find  at Roberts Arts and Crafts.

Start by cutting strips of fabric approx, 8' by 1.5' inches.

Tie the strips on the wreath in any pattern you desire.

Continue to add the strips until your cover the wreath. I used some tulle to add some texture.

And there you have it! A very simple wreath for the holidays.
