Instructions

1. Print and enlarge or decrease the template to suit your needs. The measurements indicated on the template require a piece of card stock that is exactly 8.5 x 11.

2. Cut on solid lines, score on dotted lines. Note the cutting line into the center of each half circle (these will be used as the closure).

3. Decorate one side of the card, write your secret love note on the other.

4. Lay the card with the heart halves to your left and right. First fold the bottom flap up, then the top flap down. Then fold the heart halves, making certain that the edges meet exactly in the center.

5. Link the half circles to close the card. (You can link them so that the circle is either in front or behind the heart—try it both ways to see what you like.)
