“Anna Mae” is a cozy pullover that would fit in any wardrobe.
Worked top-down, seamlessly in one piece, it is designed using two different knitting methods: traditional saddle shoulders and contiguous sleeves after the method developed by SusieM.
The twist-stitch panels add some natural shaping and keep the knitting interesting. In addition, waist shaping is included for a flattering, body-skimming fit.

Materials: Holst Garn Noble, Fingering / 4 ply (95% Wool, 5% Cashmere) 50 grams/ 364 yards (333 meters): 6 (6, 6, 7, 7, 8, 8, 9, 9, 10, 10, 10) skeins or approx. 1880 (2030, 2180, 2330, 2480 2650, 2810, 2970, 3130, 3300, 3470, 3640) yards 1719 (1856, 1993, 2130, 2268 2423, 2570, 2716, 2862, 3017, 3173, 3328) meters of any fingering weight yarn that knits up to gauge with TWO STRANDS OF YARN HELD TOGETHER.

If you are using a heavier yarn and plan on knitting with only one strand, you should reduce the yardage by half. This will be accurate as long as you knit at the gauge stated in the pattern of 23 sts and 32 rows for a 4" 10 cm square.
