There, he hopes to reconnect with his estranged, comedy-hating teenage son. But he has to do it without the benefits that he is used to receiving in his homeland thanks to his popularity. Comic Gad Elmaleh, who has been dubbed "the Seinfeld of France," stars as a fictional version of himself in "Huge in France."

Huge In France (Netflix, 2019) is an American comedy television series, created by and starring Gad Elmaleh. The story follows Elmaleh, who moves to LA, eager to reconnect with his son, only to discover that he's left all his fame and celebrity perks behind.
