Some of the new animated TV shows in 2021 were supposed to premiere 2020 but didn't, making the most anticipated cartoons of 2021 even more anticipated. From adult animated series of your favorite franchises to new kids cartoons, the upcoming animated TV series have something for everyone. From streaming to network, which of the anticipated animated series are you most excited to see?

A terrifying Marvel Villain meets his match – middle age and family problems, in M.O.D.O.K. on Hulu. If funny adult cartoons are what you needed in 2021, no worries, because The Boondocks was ordered with a fresh new series from the original creator. Cartoons based on comic books are standard, and 2021 was no different, with Invincible adding a new twist to superheroes. Jaegers, Clone Force 99, and magically imbued barbarian princes are all also ready to save the day in Pacific Rim: The Black, Star Wars: The Bad Batch, and Masters of the Universe: Revelation. For the kids and kids at heart, a new SpongeBob series came as well as the return of Hannah Barbera favorites.
