The MBA interview experience

During our recruiting process, you’ll get to know more about PwC, and we’ll get to know more about you. We’ll discuss your career path and the ways you can apply your academic and professional experiences to help our clients address interesting and complex business issues and opportunities.

Our recruiting process allows you to get a feel for our culture, our people and available opportunities. If you are selected for an interview, we’ll reach out to you to schedule live, virtual interviews with PwC professionals.

PwC Advisory’s interview experience includes one round of three virtual interviews driven by practice team (one case and two behavioral). We leverage technology during the interview process to provide you with increased flexibility.

Prepare for your interview

Prepare for your interview by reviewing the PwC Professional framework. During the interview experience you will have an opportunity to showcase your educational background, skills and professional experiences.

Offer decisions

Following the completion of interviews, we aim to provide you with an offer decision within three weeks of your interview day. Offer Letters are received via email within approximately one week of the verbal offer and will detail the offeree’s level, office location & target hire season/year.

Financial Crimes Data & Analytics Technology - consultants bring together technology with regulatory and investigative experience in cybersecurity, anti-money laundering, sanctions and fraud

Risk Consulting - helps companies think differently about how risk is considered, use data and analytics to identify risks and potential problems before issues occur, and help build or improve risk management processes and controls.

Deals

As a deals professional, you’ll have the opportunity to work on deals of all shapes and sizes. Our team supports clients on a range of services including acquisitions, alliances, debt offering, divestitures, IPOs, restructuring and know how to create value efficiently.

Using technology the team brings together the right data, deep industry insights with real-time scenario planning and decision making.

Delivering Deal Value (DDV) - help clients with delivering increased value on their deal from due diligence and enterprise-wide integrations to divestitures and separations.

Management Consulting

Our Management Consulting team is known internally as Transformation. Our Transformation Consultants serve a variety of industries and are organized into different practice teams based on the type of work they perform. Individuals interested in Management Consulting will apply to the Management Consulting requisition. Workforce Transformation has a separate requisition.

MBA job seekers professionals will apply to a Management Consulting requisition and will be aligned to a specific practice team based on prior experience and skills.

Customer Transformation - help clients shape their business through customer experiences through marketing, sales, and services

Financial Services (FS) Transformation - help clients translate business strategy into effective operations for asset and wealth management, insurance, and the capital markets

Finance Transformation - help clients advance all elements of their finance organization and helps CFOs identify, design and implement programs that can transform their finance function

Health Transformation - help clients translate business strategy into effective healthcare operations

Operations Transformation - help clients realize competitive advantage from their business operations (manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and sourcing, etc) and connecting strategy with execution

Workforce Transformation - help and advise clients on human capital in a variety of functions including total rewards strategies, people analytics, HR through deals and divestitures, HR strategy through execution and more.
