Oct 2024 Ministering Handout
Hey everyone! Happy October! I love the fall time with the cooler weather and the leaves changing colors and that it is finally sweater weather!
However, here in Utah…it is not quite sweater weather yet…it has been in the 90’s!!! But we will get there.
What I also love about October is that it is conference time! So, this month I chose a talk by Neil L Anderson, titled “The Prophet of God”.
I especially love the quote: “Anchoring our souls to the Lord Jesus Christ requires listening to those He sends. Following the prophet in a world of commotion is like being wrapped in a soothing, warm blanket on a freezing cold day.”Here is the message card. It is formatted to a 4 x 6 size.
For those of you who would like to print a jpeg image, simply right click over the image.
Go to “save image as” then save in a folder of your choice.
You can then print your own or send it out to your favorite photo processing center. This blank card is perfect for those of you who would like to translate.
Or if you are looking for a cute card, note, invite or handout this might work for you. Simply import it into a program of your choice and add your own text!“Fall”ow the prophet tags are just for fun! You can choose to use them or not. Also included are blank tags that you can add your own sentiment to.You can make some cute pumpkins by simply buying Dollar Tree Styrofoam pumpkins and wrapping them with chunky yarn! I wrapped the stem with jute and tied a jute bow to the stem. They are super easy to do!
Or of course, you could add any fall treat or trinket that you like.
Above all, just remember that it is your sisters that are important…not the handout! Make sure they know how much you care about and love them!

I’m in Utah as well. I’m SO ready for the cooler weather! If the leaves are changing, then it should be cooler 🤣. I do want decent weather for Halloween though, because we’ve been trick or treating with snow on the ground before 🥶.
Tami, I know what you mean! I wish fall time in Utah would last longer than just a couple of weeks!
Thank you for sharing your adorable ideas, I find they are a great way to connect with my Sisters. You are so creative and thoughtful.

Thank you for offering these free! I noticed that the smaller handout has the word Prophet spelled incorrectly. It’s missing the “p”.
Diana, Thank you for letting me know about my mistake. I will fix it. Happy Ministering!
