Sexy Birthday Card

Birthday Cards are getting sexier nowadays.

I believe these cards are available at Jaya Jusco stores nationwide.

Welcome to Resorts World @ Sentosa, Singapore

Special thanks to "Jpatokal" for these wonderful photos

at the Soft Opening today.

Singapore's first ever Casino will be opened at a later date, but won't be too long from today's opening of 4 hotels.

The underground hall leading towards the casino is magnificent.

Somehow the casino main entrance differentiates between Singaporean/PR and foreign nationalities.

The much anticipated Festive Walk retail mall is still closed for construction works.

Amongst stores that you can expect are those you could easily find on Orchard Road such as Bvlgari, Chanel, Coach, Tod's and Ralph Lauren.

There is also Asia's first Victoria's Street BRA store.

Singapore's first Hard Rock Hotel has a nice man-made beach and lagoon. Its Rang Mahal Restaurant looks quite exclusive.

Hotel Crockfords' Chihuly artworks stunned me for a moment. Impressive!

Festive Hotel indeed has a more jovial mood.

Frankly, the whole area is still under massive construction. I say give it another few months and we shall partayyy there!

KL will unveil its latest high-end shopping mall in August 2010... and around two dozen more malls are coming around !!!

Fahrenheit 88, the former KL Plaza is set to open its doors in the third quarter of this year. It will offer a new retail experience to complement the shopping belt of Jalan Bukit Bintang.

The newly makeover 5-storey shopping mall is expected to house over 200 tenants, most of which will be the hippest, trendiest and most classy couture, information technology and F&B outlets in Kuala Lumpur.

Plans are underway to bring in several international luxury brands into the mall.

The shopping mall is now co-owned and co-managed by Pavilion KL, a world-class shopping mall just across the road.

Meanwhile, numerous shopping malls and integrated hybrid retail centres are expected to open around Kuala Lumpur this year given the improved economic outlook. Recently opened malls are Sunway Giza Kota Damansara, The Sphere Bangsar South, Bangsar Shopping Centre Extension and Wangsa Walk.

Amongst those opening later in 2010 are:

- SStwo Mall;
- 1 MontKiara;
- The Empire Gallery Subang Jaya;
- Subang Avenue Mall;
- Citta Strip Mall, Ara Damansara;
- Viva Mall, Jalan Loke Yew;
- The Tube @ Dataran Prima;
- Setia Walk, Puchong;
- 1 Shamelin Shopping Mall, Cheras; and
- Suria KLCC New Wing.

There are approximately 25 more shopping malls that will be built around KL, PJ, Subang Jaya and Shah Alam in the next 6 years (2011-2016), including several luxury ones catering to the affluent crowd.
