Last summer we found a huge snake in our front yard. It was about 6 feet long and 5 inches wide. It took three (very scared,yet macho) men to contain and kill it.
Then over the winter we had an elusive cougar that liked to make snow tracks in our back yard, but was never actually seen. I also can’t forget to mention the many deer that ate my plants over the winter, although we liked watching them.
Now summer has come and we’ve had more deer, a white snake (and it wasn’t love that I was feeling) and last week we found a squirrel dead in our waterfall…poor little guy.
So all of these are making it difficult to convince my kids to play in our backyard, however, tonight, we got the grand daddy of all visitors. It’s safe to say that not only will they not go outside, they may never sleep again. Check out our new guest… and may I add….EEEWWWWW!
