Ho Ho Ho Christmas card using the new Mini Misti

Hello friends! Today I'm sharing this Christmas card featuring the new Mini Misti that has been recently released. I love the size of this Mini Misti and I used it a lot! The two background stamps that I used on this card fit perfectly inside this Mini Misti which for me was a plus! The stamps and dies for today's card are from Pinkfresh Studios and Taylored Expressions.

Let's begin! I started by placing the Pinkfresh Studio Winterberry Background Cling Stamp inside the Mini Misti and stamped onto a kind of mustard color of cardstock with WOW! Embossing Pad and then heat embossed this panel using WOW! Opaque Bright White embossing powder. In the picture below you can see how the cling stamp fits inside the Mini Misti.

Then, I stamped the Christmas Simple Strips Stamp by Taylored Expressions using Catherine Pooler Uniper Mist and I die cut the sentiments with the Taylored Expressions Simple Strips Dies. These sentiments are my favorites for being so easy to make a bunch in a wink. and Again, as you can see in the picture below the Christmas Simple Strips Stamp fits perfectly inside de Mini Misti.

Now, I will add color to those leaves and berries in the background using R14 Copic marker and the blue shade from the Kuretake Gansai Tambi Gem Colors. Additionally, I adhered a white folded notecard at the back of this panel using glue.

To create the HO HO HO words I die cut the Pinkfresh Studio Lea's Ornate Lowercase and Uppercase Dies out of two shades of pinks, one lighter and one darker. I Die cut three times each letter and then glued them together for more dimension.

I also Die cut a tag out of vellum using the Pinkfresh Studio Essentials Classic Tags and added it to the center of my background. I placed the HO HO HO words on top of this velum tag using glue.

Finally, I added a piece of blue-white twine to the tag and placed a strip sentiment on top using glue and this card was finished. I love the look of this non-traditional Christmas card, hope you like it too. I wish you a wonderful day and see you next time!

Winterberry Joy Card with Channin

Hello friends! It's Channin here and today I have a festive holiday card to share! Today’s card features the beautiful Winterberry Background Cling Stamp and the Merry and Bright Frame Stamp and die set from Pinkfresh Studios!

To create this card I first stamped the Winterberry Background over a 4 1/8” x 5 3/8” panel of light green cardstock in Emerald City ink. I then copic colored the leaves, the berries, and even added a shadow.

Leaves: YG06, G14, G07

Berries: R35, R37, R59

Shadow: W-3, W-5

After I finished coloring in the background I then adhered the panel onto the front of an A2 top-folding card base. Next, I stamped some smaller berries from the Merry and Bright Frame Stamp Set also in Emerald City onto a scrap of light green cardstock. I then copic colored the images in and then fussy cut them out.

Next, I stamped and gold heat embossed my sentiment. I then die cut it and some white craft foam with the matching die and adhered the two together. I then finished the card by adhering the sentiment and smaller berries to the card front with foam adhesive.

I hope you enjoyed my card! Thank you so much for stopping by!

Fall Slimline Card with Karen Reategui

Hello friends! Today I’m over My Sweet Petunia Blog sharing this slimline card featuring the original MISTI and Pinkfresh Studios products.

Let’s begin! I started by die cutting the Slim Scallop Circle die out of gray cardstock and then I adhered a white folded slim notecard at the back using glue. Next, I die cut the Curvy Floral Vine Stamp die out of white cardstock. I placed the negative part inside my MISTI and the die cut in the negative space. I lined up and inked up my stamp and pressed firmly the stamp into the cardstock.

I repeated these steps until I finished with all the florals and arranged them around the scallop circles in my background. Additionally, I die cut three times the Leafy Branch die out of orange cardstock and added them next to each floral using glue.

I also die cut the word FALL using Lea’s Ornate Lowercase die set out of orange. The outline part of each letter was die cut out of white cardstock for more contrast.

Finally, each letter were added to my background using double sided foam tape and I put some iridescent jewels around.

I really hope you like this card and get some inspiration. Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous day!

Let’s start! I have created two cards for this blog hop, one slimline and one A2 panel. The stamps and dies are Honey Bear and Buzzy Beez. You can combine these two stamps because they match perfectly.

I placed all stamps inside the MISTI and stamped them using VersaFine Onyx Black ink and I colored them with Copic markers. Before die cutting, I placed my sheet inside the MISTI again to stamp one more time and get those black outlines more define. Next, I proceeded to die cut all images using the coordinating dies.

I die cut the slimline panel and additionally I die cut a circle right in the center of it. I applied Carved Pumpkin Distress Oxide ink in two ends of the panel using a Life Changing Blender Brush. Then I adhered a black slimline notecard at the back of this panel using foam tape.

The circle I die cut from the center of the slimline panel was colored with Speckled Egg and Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide inks using Life Changing Blender Brushes. Then, I inserted this die cut in the center of the panel using glue.

I die cut the honeycomb out of orange cardstock four times and arranged them along with all the other images at the top, middle and bottom part of the panel using glue and foam tape.

I also, placed another piece of cardstock inside the MISTI and stamped all the sentiments, then I adhered them to the background with foam tape and this card is done.

For my second card, I used a stencil to applied color to this panel. I used Speckled Egg and Curved Pumpkin Distress Oxide inks.

Next, I arranged all images around the panel using glue and foam tape.

Finally, I stamped all the sentiments using VersaFine Black Onyx ink and to do this I simply placed this panel inside the MISTI and stamped both sentiments and this card is finished.

I really hope you enjoyed the process of these cards and below you will find the list of designers participating on this blog hop so remember to stop by all of them and leave some love to enter the GIVEAWAY.

Split Panel Rainbow Cards with Channin

Hello friends!! It's Channin here with a couple of colorful split panel cards to share!! The split panel technique a fun and unique technique which the MISTI is an absolutely essential tool because your two stamped panels must be identical except for color variances.

To create these cards I first positioned all the letters I needed for "celebrate" over the center line of a white slimline panel (3 5/8" x 8 1/2"). Because "e" is repeated multiple times I used place holder letters, letters that are about the same shape and size as the "e" (o, c), in place of the e.

Once I had the letters positioned, I then picked them up with my MISTI and then removed the "e". I removed the "e'' so I could easily ink up the "C" because I want to ink each letter in a different color.

I stamped the "C" on my first panel in my light pink (Ballet Slipper) and then I stamped the "C" on my second panel in my dark pink (Sparkling Rose).

Next, I repositioned my "e" on my MISTI, removed the "C" and "l", and then stamped the "e" in a light red on my first panel and a darker red on my second.

I will basically repeat this process till I have all my letters stamped and end up with a light rainbowed celebrate and a darker rainbowed celebrate.

Now that my panels are stamped I then used my paper trimmer to cut my panels in half which is at 1 13/16" for the slimline panel. Next, adhered one of the light celebrate halves with one of the dark celebrate halves onto another slimline panel. I then trimmed the panel down and adhered it onto a gray slimline card base (7 1/4" x 8 1/2", scored at 3 5/8").

I then stamped and white heat embossed a couple sub sentiments with the Simply Sentiments - Hello Stamp set onto gray cardstock. I then trimmed the sentiments down and then adhered them to my card front with foam adhesive.

And that's it! I hope you enjoyed my cards! Thank you so much for stopping by!

Positive Print Turnabout with Ceal

Hello Everyone,
It's Ceal here. Today I am sharing a couple of cards created with the Positive Print Turnabout
I love turnabout stamps, they were created specifically for the MISTI and they are so fun to use. You can get different multiple backgrounds out of one stamp just by changing the colors or the number of times you stamp it. For both of these card I stamped it all four turns but I used two different color combos.
I am sending these off to friends so I used the Hey Bestie stamp set along with the Hexagon Label dies.
I also used their new inks which I love!

These card were super fun as the MISTI and C9 turnabouts always are!

You are Awesome with Karen Reategui

Hello crafty friends! Today I'm stopping by My Sweet Petunia Blog to share this card using my new Original MISTI and stamp and dies from Pinkfresh Studio. For this card, I'll be stamping the layering stamps on the negative die for a perfect line up and placement.

Let’s start! I die cut a white piece of cardstock using the Curvy Floral Vine Die from Pinkfresh Studio and placed the negative piece inside my MISTI to line up my stamps. Additionally, I tucked in another piece of cardstock, or it can be any paper you want, behind the negative piece. Then, I started to line up my first stamp, I held it with the MISTI door, set the die cut piece inside, inked up my stamp and stamped the image. Using your negative piece inside your MISTI helps you achieve a perfect lining up of your layering stamps.

I repeated this process with each layer until the image was ready and I stamped two of these florals. Next, I die cut another piece of white cardstock using the Braided Tag Dies. I arranged the florals on top of this Braided Tag using glue along with lilac leaves that I die cut using the Leafy Branch Die.

I also die cut YOU ARE AWESOME from the Phrase Builder: You Dies out of purple cardstock, including a shadow out of vellum for the awesome word. I adhered this phrase on top of the Braided Tag and between the florals using glue and my background was almost done.

For my next step, I put a white panel inside my MISTI and the Diamond Tiles Cling Stamp. I stamped the Diamond Tiles with WOW! Embossing Pad and heat embossed it using WOW! Hydrangea Embossing Powder. This color of embossing powder has a beautiful soft color that I thought would match the colors in my card. A white folded note card was also adhered at the back using glue.

Finally, I adhered the Braided Tag on top of the Diamond Tile stamped panel using foam tape, added a few jewels around and this card was finished. I hope you liked this card and with the help of your MISTI you can even mass produce this type of cards. You can find the new MISTI here. Have a fabulous week and stay safe!

Fabulous Card with Karen Reategui

Hello friends! Today I made this card for My Sweet Petunia Blog and I’m using a Build a Flower Anemone Stamp Set and Script Word 2 from Altenew.

Let’s start! I gold heat embossed the outline layer of these flower and leaves using WOW! Metallic Gold Embossing Powder. In order to stamp the 3 images at once I used my MISTI just like you will see in the next picture, this way you gain time and in case you didn’t have a good impression, you can always stamp again with your MISTI.

Once all my images were stamped I gold heat embossed them. By the way, I’m using a colored cardstock Lavender Fields from Altenew for this card. Next, I stamped the detailed part for the flower and leaves using Altenew Midnight Violet ink. I achieved this with the help of my MISTI, positioning and stamping all 3 stamps at once until I completed my panel. See picture below.

After stamping all the detailed images, I die cut the Fabulous word die out of gold cardstock and to get more dimension I die cut four more times the same die but this time using Deep Iris cardstock.

I added a white note card at the back of my background and then I adhered as well the stack of die cuts that I glued one on top of each other.

Finally, I stamped the sentiment using my MISTI with gold embossing powder over Midnight Violet cardstock and placed it on top of the fabulous word. As the final touch I added a few Antique Gold sequins and my card is finished. Thank you so much for stopping by and have a fabulous day!
