Zhejiang Roxyne Smart Meters Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Roxyne") was officially established in 2001 with a registered capital of 58.5 million yuan. The company is located in the nationally renowned historical and cultural city of Linhai, occupying a production area of nearly 40,000 square meters. As a high-tech enterprise, Roxyne specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of diaphragm gas meters, smart gas meters, ultrasonic gas meters, rotary (Roots) flow meters, turbine flow meters, smart metering terminals, smart meter reading solutions, and information management platforms. After over two decades of dedicated efforts and rapid development, Roxyne has emerged as one of the leading players in the gas meter industry.
With its headquarters in Linhai serving as the production base, Roxyne operates independent workshops for metalworking, stamping, injection molding, powder coating, assembly, and metrology. The facility includes 8 assembly lines for diaphragm gas meters and 5 assembly lines for smart gas meters. Currently employing approximately 260 staff, the company boasts an annual production capacity of up to 4 million units.
In 2004, Roxyne established R&D centers in Shanghai and Hangzhou dedicated to the development of smart gas meters. Staffed by a team of PhD holders and technical experts, the R&D department now employs over 60 professionals. With an annual R&D investment of 17 million yuan, which continues to increase year by year, the company has accumulated extensive product development and production experience in core technologies such as embedded software development, digital communication technology applications, mechanical and electronic design, system software development, and smart terminals. Representative products include IC card smart gas meters, wireless IC card smart gas meters (470MHz), wireless remote transmission gas meters (LoRa), IoT meters (NB-IoT), wireless remote transmission ultrasonic gas meters, turbine flow meters, rotary (Roots) flow meters, wireless remote meter reading apps, wireless remote gas meter reading systems, NB-IoT meter billing management systems, NB-IoT meter infrared collection systems, after-sales management software, and over 50 other product series. Roxyne holds more than 100 intellectual property rights, including domestic and international invention patents, utility model patents, and software copyrights.
Roxyne consistently adheres to technological innovation, talent cultivation, lean management, environmental protection, and civilized production. The company regularly collaborates with renowned industry experts to discuss metering technologies and has participated in drafting over 10 national product standards and verification specifications, including GB/T 6968-2019, GB/T 39841-2021, CJ/T 112-2008, CJ/T 503-2016, T/ZZB 0710-2018, T/ZZB 0709-2018, and GB/T 6968-2011. Roxyne has obtained international certifications such as the CE Mark, MID-B and MID-D system certifications, ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO 10012 Measurement Management System.
