Gert, take it easy and have alot of rest. I wasn't feeling well too a few days ago. I took some Sudafed for cold & cough and it helps. Take care and hope you feel better soon.
Oh No! Have you seen the doctor, Gert? A few days of those symptoms especially breathing difficulty don't sound good. Wishing you a speedy recovery with warmest hugs. :)
Thank you everyone for your kind words, concern and tips :) This flu really hit me hard and I have been doing nothing but rest. Hopefully I will be back on my feet again next week. By the way, Rita I had difficulty breathing because of stuffy nose. Nothing serious :) :) Thank you all once again.

I am feeling unwell for the past few days. I have sore throat, running nose, achy body, difficulty breathing…etc.

When I was not feeling well, I drink a lots of apple cider mix with honey, I find that it helps.

I was looking like this 2 weeks ago and took almost 2 weeks to fully recover. You take care, rest well.
