A few people have been wondering what might happen with the Black Panther title now that Daredevil is returning to New York. The good news is is that Marvel doesn’t have any plans to take Black Panther out, and instead they’re finally going to bring his wife – Storm – into the book for an upcoming arc called Storm Hunter.
Not a lot is known about the arc yet, but David Liss will be writing, Jefte Palo will be illustrating, and Francesco Francavilla will come back to the title with issue #521. The story, which will run from #519-520, features Storm coming to New York to reunite with T’Challa, but T’Challa is not expecting the return, nor the interference from Kraven. What this means for the two is unknown at the moment, but it’s a short arc with both parts shipping in June.
